Being Intentional About Self-Reflection w/ Raphael Wong

Raphael is on a mission to help people live a life they are proud of. With his obsession in data, process and technology, he believes that the answers show up in how we systematically build momentum in our life.

By day, he works with leading Executives and Civil Servants as Director of Strategic Initiatives, and by night he hosts The Canvas Series podcast (where he interviews up-and-coming entrepreneurs and unpacks their habits and routines), and is in the early stages of building a fully contextual system to help you design your life.

Knowing Your Default Habit w/ Kimberly Ann Johnson

Kimberly is a birth doula, sexological bodyworker, somatic experiencing practitioner, postpartum care advocate, and single mom.

She is the co-founder of the STREAM School for Postpartum Care, where they train birth professionals, yoga teachers, massage therapists, somatic therapists, midwives, doulas and acupuncturists to help women prepare for and recover from birth. She wrote her first book, The Fourth Trimester: A Postpartum Guide to Healing Your Body, Balancing Your Emotions, and Restoring Your Vitality, so that new moms don’t have to go through what I went through and instead can have the most radiant and whole postpartum period possible.
